Contract Cancellation Canada Ltd. (CCC LTD) is a consumer advocacy and consultation firm that operates both in-person and virtually. We assist homeowners across Ontario in understanding and addressing potentially unfair or misleading home service contracts—such as rental agreements for HVAC, water heaters, or water filtration systems.
Our services include:
- Virtual and In-Person Consultations: We meet with homeowners to review their contracts and equipment-related concerns, offering accessible service no matter where the client is located.
- Document Review & Intake Preparation: We help clients collect, organize, and summarize their agreements, invoices, and correspondence—ensuring all information is ready for further action.
- Education & Strategy Preparation: We provide non-legal support to help homeowners understand their rights under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act. We assist in preparing supporting documentation and outlining their concerns.
- Legal Referral Coordination: If the situation warrants legal review, we connect clients with licensed, independent lawyers. We handle the administrative side—scheduling, document delivery, and case summaries—to ensure a smooth transition.
- Ongoing Client Support: While the legal team handles the cancellation or dispute process, we continue to support clients by answering non-legal questions and tracking progress until resolution.
