We do not provide legal advice. Any legal services are carried out by independent legal or paralegal professionals.

2. Eligibility
You must be a resident of Canada and at least 18 years old to use our services. By submitting your information or booking a consultation, you confirm that you are the legal homeowner or have authorization to act on behalf of the property owner.

3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

Respond promptly to requests for documents or communications

Not misuse or misrepresent the purpose of our services

Understand that results may vary depending on the complexity and legality of your contract(s)

You acknowledge that CCC does not guarantee outcomes, cancellations, refunds, or settlements and that our services are best-efforts based.

4. Consulting Fees and Payments
Our consulting fees are explained clearly at the time of engagement and are payable in accordance with the chosen service package. You agree that:

Payments made for consulting services are for time, coordination, and strategic support

Fees are non-refundable once service begins, unless otherwise stated in writing

Any legal services referred out will be billed separately by the independent legal professional

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, videos, and documents, is the property of Contract Cancellation Canada LTD and is protected under Canadian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our express written permission.

6. Third-Party Referrals
CCC may refer you to independent legal professionals or paralegals for assistance. These professionals operate independently and are responsible for their own legal work, outcomes, timelines, and client communications. CCC is not responsible for their actions, fees, or legal advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCC and its directors, agents, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for:
